4 months

Well, I didn't get to post a picture of Little Joe yesterday when he actually turned 4 months because our family has been battling another stomach bug this week (guess I neglected to mention that in my last post) and yesterday was my turn with it (oh joy). Anyways...here he is...

Joseph, I have to say, is the light in all of our lives these days. Ella was seriously heartbroken when she was sick this week and we wouldn't let her kiss him. I think she was probably more upset about not being able to pour out her love to him than she was about throwing up (and believe me, she REALLY doesn't like throwing up). Cassidy just loves to entertain Joseph; twirling around him in circles, singing to him at the very top of her lungs and telling him some of her most favorites stories. Brody just wants to always be on the floor with Joseph...down on his own level. He loves to point out all of Joseph's little body parts, especially his mouth...and giggle when his brother latches onto to his finger. Patrick is glad to be home and once again enjoying his early evening snuggles and that little cat nap Joseph always takes in his Daddy's arms to get him through until bedtime. And I...well there isn't really anything that I DON'T enjoy about our little guy these days. Even as I sit here with him and his throw up (it's his and his Daddy's turn with the stomach bug today), all I can do is smile...as he is looking up at me with his usual bubbly grin and adorable dimples...even in his sickness he surely knows how to bring light to our gloomiest days.
