My brother Adam just finished up an artist residency at the Yaddo in Saratago Springs last month and Patrick and I took the kids one weekend to visit him there. I have always had a special bond with my brother and it has really touched my heart these past years to watch that closeness be carried down into his relationship with each of my children. But there's something about the connection between him and my oldest that just makes me smile...their imaginations; their creativity: and the means in which they express them.
