At the Beach

As soon as we arrived in Myrtle Beach, before even checking into the resort, Patrick and I took the kids straight to the ocean. They loved running around in the sand, looking for shells and most of all, chasing the waves in and out of the shore. We had another beach day later on in the week, but I opted not to bring my camera that day. Sand is probably an SLR's largest nemesis so for future vacations, I will have to remember to have my handy point and shoot in tow. We still have the adorable memories in our heads though of the kids building sand castles, hunting down "sea creatures", and getting knocked over by waves nearly as large as they are.
