Carousel Park

Over vacation, the kids enjoyed heading over to The Carousel Park at Broadway at the Beach that featured a classic Carousel ride, Balloon Ferris Wheel, Red Baron airplanes, and Broadway Train. Little Cassidy wasn't quite tall enough to go on the balloon Ferris Wheel without an adult so Patrick had the pleasure of riding with them. When they were boarding their balloon, Ella turned to the kind ride operator and said, "My mommy can't ride this with us because she has a baby girl in her belly!" Her certainty of this baby being a little girl is quite comical because we have yet to receive any sort of confirmation that we will be having a boy or girl. Even today at the mall, I brought the kids into Motherhood Maternity to look at pregnant mommy clothes and Ella blurts out to the sales associate, "We're here to buy my mommy a new bathing suit because she has a baby girl in her belly." Patrick laughs because he thinks she has an underdeveloped filter between her mouth and her brain. I just think she's plain old stinken' cute!
