One More Day!

Yesterday was one of the first days in a while that the kids and I weren't running all over the place all morning so I was able to take advantage of the down time and get a few fun shots of the kids playing in their wheel barrel. Ella seemed to be my most cooperative subject. Although Brody didn't mind getting his picture taken too much either.

Patrick is scheduled to return home tomorrow (one more day!) from being out of town for two weeks. The kids and I are so excited. I was asking the girls earlier this week what they want to do with their Daddy when they first see him and Cassidy said, "I want to snuggle with my Daddy." And Ella said, "I want to watch Dirty Jobs with my Daddy." Neither of the girls' answers really surprised me. When Mommy is at graduate classes in the evenings and Daddy is home taking care of the kids, they get to do what they call "boy stuff" and hang out on the couch (snuggling) and watching the Discovery Channel. Dirty Jobs happens to be one of their favorites...with Mythbusters running close behind.
