Bible Times

With the girls starting preschool and all the exciting activities that come with the fall season, we have been trying to get the kids back on track as far as their schedule and sleep patterns go. Still, there are many nights that our bedtime routine can seem...uh...somewhat rushed. It is those late nights that I have to ask the girls to each pick out a "short" book for our story time together...instead of their usual long ones, or 50 million. On one of those evenings recently, Ella picked up her Bible, thumbed through it and said, "I think this is kinda long, but maybe Mommy will still go for it." And of course, Mommy did...because after all...how can you say "no" to a child who wants to learn about the Lord.
