Maddie

I have been very blessed to have a friend Melanie that has been there for me as a constant support after each of my three children were born. Because of that, I wanted so much to be able to be there for her in a similar way when she gave birth to her second child back in late July. So when my parents offered to take the kids for the day so I could go out and lend Melanie a hand, I was ecstatic. In the end though, I honestly don't know if I can say I was all that much of a help to Melanie (even without my youngsters in tow) just for the simple fact that I could not put my camera down from the moment I got there. For as you can see, little Maddie is a precious bundle of joy...

A post about the Feeney Family would not be complete without this little guy...Sean. He has to be my best photography buddy. The entire time I was taking pictures of Madeline, he was right there next to me with his mom and dad's point and shoot, following my every move. And I do have to say, he certainly is quite the photographer himself. I just might have to speak to his parents about hiring him out as my little assistant!
