Little Miss Cassidy

When it comes to public affairs, Little Miss Cassidy has always tended to be quite timid. Never really wanting to draw any attention to herself (unlike her older sister who simply loves to bask in it), Cassidy at times has come across as what one might consider shy, seemingly modest and somewhat reluctant. Over the course of the past several months though, Cassidy has been starting to break that mold and share with the rest of the world, that bubbly and gorgeous personality only those closest to her have previously been able to enjoy. For example, one recent Sunday at Church, we were saying goodbye to some friends in the reception room, when a nice older gentleman walked by the doorway with a black patch over his eye. I don't know if it was because we had just watched Peter Pan on DVD the week before or the fact that Halloween was a few nights prior, but all of a sudden Cassidy yelled out in her boldest, most powerful voice, with her finger pointed high, "Look Mommy, a pirate!" (I LOVE her cute little face in this picture!)
